2.简介
本车床适用于单件、小批量生产，加工各种中、小型盘类零件。该机床适用于高速钢和硬质合金刀具，对黑色金属、有色金属和部分非金属零件的粗、精加工，可进行内外圆柱面、内外圆锥面、圆弧面、公英制螺纹以及各种复杂形状的回转面的加工，A型为机械16级主轴变速，B型主轴转速为机械Ⅱ档无级变速，C型主轴转速为无级变速，可实现恒速切削。
This lathe is applicable in the producing of single piece and small-batch of products. The lathe can be used in the machining of middle and small size disc type components. The lathe is applicable in high speed steel tools and cemented carbide tools and can be used in the finish and rough machining of ferrous metals of all categories, nonferrous metals and some nonmetallic material, and it can also provide the machining of internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface, circular arc surface, screw threads of yard and meter and all types of revolving surface with complex shapes, the A category of this serial is 16 class axis speed, B category axis speeds is mechanical Ⅱcontinuously variable, the C category axis speed can provide constant-speed cutting.
