中化国际招标有限责任公司受买方委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1、 招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数：
定心车床 1台
1)、定心车床主要用于将加工与检测结合在一起，通过加工光学透镜所在的金属镜座，使得光学件的光轴与金属镜座的机械轴重合，便于后续装配镜头组；同时，加工过程可保证金属镜座的尺寸，可满足后续镜头组装配过程中的包括空气间隔在内的各项公差要求；具备数控车床的全部功能；具备双光路中心偏差测量仪的功能，可测量并加工单镜片、胶合镜组、金属镜及非球面透镜等工件；
2)、车床采用立式结构，配备双光路中心偏差测量装置，可同时测量工件上下两个光学表面;
3)、外形尺寸：不大于2.5m（高）×2m（宽）×2m（深）；适用加工材料：铜材、黄铜、铝材、镀镍钢材、钢材及因瓦合金Invar36等
4)、可测量参数：非接触式测量单镜片中单个表面中心偏差；单镜片整体中心偏差；镜片中心厚度；非接触测量被加工工件直径及上、下法兰面至光学件顶点之间的距离。

Centering lathe 1set
1). Centering lathe is mainly used for processing and testing will be combined together, through the processing of optical lens where the metal mirror, the optical axis and metal mirror seat mechanical axes coincide for subsequent assembly lens group. At the same time, the machining process can ensure the metal mirror seat size, can meet the subsequent lens assembly process including air interval, the tolerance requirements; with full functionality of a CNC lathe; with the function of double light path center deviation measuring instrument, measuring and processing of single lens, balsaming lens group, metal mirror and aspheric lens workpiece;
2). The lathe uses a vertical structure, equipped with a dual optical path center deviation measuring device, which can simultaneously measure two optical surfaces of the workpiece.; 3). Dimensions: no more than 2.5m (high) x 2m (wide) x 2m (deep); Applicable materials: copper, aluminum, brass, nickel plated steel, steel and invar alloy Invar36
4). Measured parameters: non-contact measurement of single lens surface single center deviation; single lens center deviation; lens center thickness; non contact measurement is between the workpiece diameter and, dismount blue face to the optical parts vertex distance
Price of Bidding Document: RMB1000 or USD160 for each complete set of package. Bidding Document is non-refundable (if mail order, with additional RMB100.00 or USD15.00).
Time for obtaining Bidding Documents: After Sep.12th 9:00~16:00 (Beijing Time) every day (excl. holidays).
