上海宝华国际招标有限公司(以下称招标机构)受佛山宝钢制罐有限公司(以下称买方)委托，就其内外圆弧数控磨床项目所需的下列货物进行国际公开招标，邀请合格投标人进行网上电子投标。

1. 招标货物名称、数量、技术规格和资金来源：

1)货物名称：内外圆弧数控磨床;

2)数量：1套;

3)主要技术参数：1)加工范围：模具直径 Φ50-Φ140mm 模具长度 100mm 模具最大重量 20kg 设备工作环境温度 +10℃-25℃。 2）磨床规格： X轴行程: 400mm 可编程增量: 0.0001mm Z轴行程: 200mm 可编程增量: 0.0001mm 磨削孔径: 100mm 内孔磨削长度: 100mm 工件旋转直径: 275mm B轴旋转角度范围: +95°/-15° 磨削砂轮转速: 25000rpm 3）磨床精度要求（保证值）： Z轴和X轴: 移动速度从1μm/min 到25.000 mm/min。最小可编程增量：0.0001mm 定位精度：0.002mm 重复定位精度: 0.001 mm B轴：最小增量：0.0001° 4）其他详见招标技术文件;

4)资金来源：自筹资金(现汇项目);

2. 交货地点和交货时间：

5. Time for purchasing Tendering Documents：

6. Sales prices of the tendering document：One complete set of Tendering Documents both in English and Chinese ( electronic version included). The Chinese language shall govern in case of any discrepancy between Chinese language and the English language.

Sales price is CNY 1000 or USD 125。

All tendering documents will be sold per bid package (or section). After purchasing the bid, the bidder can download the tendering document and the template of bidding document. The tendering documents sales are non-refundable.

The bidder must contact and finish the technical meetings with the tenderee five days earlier than the bidding.
